In an introductory call or workshop visit, we’ll talk through how you want to use your van and uncover the features that matter most, we’ll share ideas and advice to help shape a design that’s perfectly suited to your lifestyle.

Together we’ll decide on the specifications for your needs, and whether you’d like us to source the van or supply your own, we’ll guide you through the options. Together we’ll finalise the layout, features, and finishes, making sure every detail reflects your style and way of living.

As your van takes shape, we’ll keep you updated with photos and videos, and you’re welcome to visit the workshop at any stage. Before handover, we carry out full safety checks, complete gas and electrical certification, and confirm the final weight, so your van is ready for the road with complete peace of mind.

When it’s time to collect your van, we’ll walk you through every feature and make sure you’re confident before hitting the road. You’ll also receive ongoing aftercare, including a personalised handbook, direct support line, and full warranty for peace of mind.
